Walk On! Challenge
For the whole month of February, I challenged our class to complete the Walk On! Challenge, given to us by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Everyone received a pamphlet and checked off the four categories they completed at the end of every day. The four categories are: eating 5 fruits and veggies, getting 2 hours or less of screen time, getting at least 1 hour of physical activity, and drinking 0 sugary drinks. Those who completed the four categories everyday in February will receive a cool drawstring backpack in May!!! I'm so proud of our healthy fifth graders!
